Goat Island
Goat Island is favored by beginning snorkelers. The island is protected by two reefs, calming the waves and turning off-island waters into a remarkably clear giant swimming pool with better visibility than found snorkeling off mainland Mazatlan. The two reefs are home to an abundance of colorful fish. Seals, dolphins and other marine creatures are often in the area.
