Wildlife is part of the Baja mystique, including dolphins, sea lions, whales, magnificent frigatebirds, brown pelicans, blue-footed boobies, and tropical fish such as the king angel. Sea birds live side by side with desert birds like canyon wrens, hummingbirds, warblers, and even cardinals. Plants also offer a rich variety in this lush part of the Sonoran Desert, from the passion flower to the cholla.
Amid the whale sharks, dolphins, invertebrates and other species who call the Sea of Cortez home, a paddling vacation here just might make you never want to go back to your own home. And if that’s the case, no worries! As you can see, there’s plenty of space here for newcomers.

Ensenada Blanca

Coronado Beach
This brilliant white sand beach on Coronado Island in Loreto is ideal for those seeking seclusion and breathtaking vistas. It is also a great place to take a swim. Coronado Island is known for its startlingly white beaches and marine-rich coral reefs.
Honey Moon Beach
A small strip of extremly private beach located on Danzante Island.
Isla Coronados
Includes the Del Carmen, Danzante, Montserrat and Santa Catalina islands and, of course, the Coronado Island, in addition to the caves, lakes and other crystal clear waters which surround them. The five islands create a protective shelter for marine life. Among the most common sightings you will be able to enjoy are flying fish, dolphins and sea lions. Underwater, you can enjoy a wonderful variety of colorful fish and other marine life.
The volcano, with lava feeder tubes frozen in time, looking somewhat like giant petrified cabbages. Main Beach
Conveniently located in the center of town near a number of coffee shops and cafes, this beach is popular among locals who like to spend the day playing in the sand, watching fishermen bring in the catch of the day, and swimming in the shallow waters. From your board, you will take in rare and beautiful birds as they soar above and a variety of fish as they swim below.
Honeymoon Beach

If you’re spending some time in the downtown area to do some shopping or simply wandering around. Here, you can grab a drink, relax by the sea, take a swim and just enjoy the beauties of the northern part of the island.
Danzante
Is the smallest, yet one of the most intrincate islands within the Loreto Bay National Park. Its steep, rugged profile, and the complexity of its coastline has created dozens of inlets, coves, rock formations and secluded beaches that we can visit in one single trip!
Secret Beach
An idilical cove, protected by the coastal mountains, and flanked with rocky ledges and undercuts, where we can stroll and snorkel. We will continue sailing around the island, visiting the famous “Ventana” (window in spanish), and great arch carved in the rock by the sea
Montserrate
Seldom visited due its more remote location, its landscapes and wildlife arein the most pristine conditions. The trip there is often equally amazing, with great chances of encountering pods of dolphins, schools of mobula rays or even whales. Visit Las Galeras, a set of small islets surrounded by shallow, turquoise water ideal for snorkeling. where you will also have the chance to stop at local sea lion colony.
